The Tidal Return Experience

A soulful 60-minute healing experience blending mindfulness, touch, sound and energy to help release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and return to softness within. Beginning with a warm foot soak and soothing head massage, the journey flows into breathwork and guided meditation. Reiki and healing touch. Lomi Lomi-inspired massage and Tibetan singing bowls invite deep relaxation, emotional release and energetic renewal. (60 minutes)

This service includes up to two hours of access to our spa facilities, available either before or after your treatment. You are welcome to enjoy our infrared saunas, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, and tranquillity lounge. One robe and a pair of slippers are provided per guest for comfort.
